Sintratec Central does not seem to find my Sintratec Printer

  1. Verify the USB cable is plugged in both to your Computer and your Sintratec printer. Make sure your Sintratec printer is turned on.
  2. Make sure you have installed the latest USB driver you can find on Sintratec’s Customers Portal Home page. On Windows you can check if your printer is correctly identified if it is listed in Windows Device Manager as “Sintratec Kit” or “Sintratec S1” under “Universal Serial Bus Devices”.
