Our technology

  • Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a high-quality 3D printing technology that uses a laser to fuse powder particles into highly accurate plastic objects
  • 2 materials available: TPE Elastomer (flexible, rubber-like parts) and PA12 Nylon (strong, robust parts)
  • In our experience TPE is well suited for footwear, but you may choose PA12 too – if you require a combination of both materials, write it in the message
  • High freedom of form, interlocking parts are printable, no support structures required
  • Depending on material we recommend a minimum wall thickness of 0.4mm (PA12) – 1mm (TPE)
